I have been extremely fortunate to arrive at this point in archery. The journey started as a kid in Wisconsin. A boy with a fiberglass bow wandered into Midway Archery, in Menasha Wisconsin. Denny Koerner taught and guided me through the formative years. Later, my son wanted to learn how to shoot and I once again picked up a bow, shot, taught, competed and rediscovered my love for the sport.
Lots of folks have contributed to my success and knowledge; from national coaches, to international competitors. I am thankful and have used their experiences and expertise to move forward in the sport
I am a volunteer leader and coach in one of the area JOAD programs and have often been approached to give private lessons. And so we are here.
Learning never stops. I hope to pass along and receive knowledge from the students with whom I work.
